Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking a court on Paddle Up.
1. Booking Policy
Bookings must be made online via our website or walk in.
A confirmation email will be sent after payment is received.
- An account will be automatically created for you upon your first booking to manage your reservations and participate in our loyalty points program.
Players must arrive 5-10 minutes before the booked time.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept credit/debit card and instant transfer.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [insert number, e.g., 24 hours] of the booking time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Court Rules
Appropriate footwear and sports attire must be worn.
No outside food or beverages allowed on the courts.
Players must respect other users and facility staff.

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Loyalty Program and Accounts
When you make a booking, an account is automatically created for you using the information you provide (name, email, phone number).
This account allows you to track your bookings and collect points that can be redeemed for future rewards, promotions, or discounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and up to date.
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
